223 The Eyes of the Lord Are Upon You

Speaker 1: See the eyes of the Lord are upon those who hope for his kindness, to deliver them from death and preserve them in spite of famine.
Speaker 2: Welcome back to Scripture for your inner outcasts. Today is April 18th, 2026, Saturday of the second week of Easter. Today we are joined by Bridget Adams, the Member Care coordinator for the Resilient Catholics community, a lead writer and trainer on the Pathfinder Pro Team and a retreat leader for souls and hearts.
Speaker 1: Psalm 33, verses 18 B through 19. See, the eyes of the Lord are upon those who hope for his kindness, to deliver them from death and preserve them in spite of famine. This message is for you. Exiled parts. You have the loving, merciful, tender eyes of the Lord upon you as you hope for his kindness. As exiled parts, you've experienced a type of death in your inner system being locked away, silenced, and overprotected by other parts that mean well. You've not yet experienced the freedom that God intends for you. The freedom to bring your unique talents, ideas, intuitions, and sensations to your inner system. The joy of collaborating with your innermost self and living in harmony with the other parts. The kind eyes of the Lord are upon you to preserve you in spite of the inner famine you're experiencing. You exiled parts who are starving for relationship, who are dying from the desire to be seen, heard, known, and understood to matter. God wants to preserve you and bring you into full and fruitful relationships. Can you hope for his kindness? Can you give your innermost self a little nudge without flooding the system? You're learning to not just the other parts. A little nudge or a small reminder can allow your innermost self to be with you. You are in the eyes of the Lord and he can't wait to meet your gaze.
